Spilling the Beans

As you can see Boston is going to be a BIG BROTHER! We are all very excited!! Denise is 7 1/2 weeks along and due around the first of November. She just had an ultrasound done on Monday and the little cutie looks great and beating strong. Boston seems to be excited. He likes to tell everyone that he's going to be a big brother and that a baby is in mommy's belly. Sometimes he likes to lift up Denise's shirt to see the baby and thinks it is her belly button. We definitely can't wait till he/she comes. Hopefully the summer is a mild one though so that Denise doesn't bake too much. We're pretty much ready for whether we have a boy or a girl. Cody's cousin gave us a ton of girl clothes after she had her first little girl and last baby and we have all the clothes from Boston. We'll just need to get the room painted and ready. We have been baby hungry for a while so we are definitely anxious.
Denise has really been one of the lucky ones. She was only a little sick around the 5 week mark with a little nausea and felt she needed to constantly been eating in order for it to got away. After that week she's felt great! No more sickness unless it's been too long between meals. She had a good pregnancy with Boston except for the swelling the last half. Hopefully this one goes good too. We'll keep you all updated on the excitement that's coming our way.

Boston's Wall

I don't know if any of you remember, but when we moved into our house we painted a wall in Boston's room the same color as the Green Monster from Fenway Park. We had asked a family friend, Rowe Harrison, to come and paint a Red Sox baseball scene on that wall. We have been working on it and it is almost done. We had to share some pictures of the progress. We will post a pictures later of it framed and finished but this is what we've got so far.

Rowe has done such an awesome job on the picture. We still have a little left to do but it's almost done!
