Dribble & SCORE!

We have a soccer player on our hands! Boston started his first season playing soccer. He LOVES it! He was so excited that he gets to play a sport on a team. Boston totally understands the game of soccer. After watching Real for 5 or 6 years (we've had season tickets since the first season), watching Cody play indoor, and watching his dad coach the high school team he gets it. He does such a good job and has scored a few goals (2 his first game and 4 his second). He has made is WHOLE family proud!!

Mom was late registering him to play (who knew you had to register to play fall soccer in June??) so we had to get him an outfit to match till he can get a full matching uniform in the spring. He doesn't care though, he just wants to be on a team to play soccer.

A thumbs-up to his cheering section (whole family) after one of his goals.

That's my boy!!

Sit back & relax...

I just have way too much to post so I will just share out photos to sum up our awesome summer. Enjoy!

We started off with a trip to Connecticut to spend a few days with my sister and her family.

Logan and his cousin Ashton. They are almost a year apart and are so cute together.

Boston and his cousin Emily. They had so much fun together.

The kids having dinner together. They did this regularly.

My sweet sis Mandy with Ashton getting his first haircut. Thanks for giving me the honor.

All the cousins in the tub. They played hard all the time!

Emily taking Ashton for a ride.

We decided to spend the day at the beach. The kids had never been to the ocean. It was what you would picture for a beach. Hot, perfect sand, great waves, and not too many people. It was so nice & yes, we came home with tons of seashells!

All the kids (Boston is behind us, he didn't want to be in the picture) and me and my sis leaving the beach.
After the beach we went to GG Nancy's to enjoy some fun in her pool. It was great. The kids we not too happy to have to leave.

BOSTON: When we left my sister's we met Cody's family in Boston to visit for a week. What a week! We took in everything we could... especially a Red Sox game!!

We had to take in a tour of Fenway Park before the game.
We are in the middle of the picture taking in the Green Monster view. I plan on winning the lottery one day so we could sit here.
Boston's favorite player (Youkilis) is #20. So he is obsessed with everything 20. He had to sit in the seat.
After the tour we got some lunch in the Bleacher Bar which is in center field under the bleacher. Awesome place!
Grandpa Rich made Boston a sign for Youkilis. We were able to get up close before the game to show him. We've got a picture but will have to share it later. Boston got a wave from his favorite player.
Enjoying the game. We got to spend the whole day at the park.

No caption needed except...That's my boy!

On many of our walks through the city we took a ride on the Swan boats.
Brett & Dy enjoying the ride.
We also went to the Aquarium. This little blow fish kept coming back to see Boston and Logan. They loved it.

We loved the tour on the Duck Boats.
Waiting for our train to take us into the city. This is what we did everyday. I think I prefer driving my car to get where I want to go.

We made a stop to the Boston Temple. We did get a great family photo, but again I will have to share it later.
We took in the beautiful sites at Walden Pond.
We spent some time at the Children's Museum. The boys did not want to leave.
We played a round of mini golf at Pirates Cove.
We payed a visit to Gillette Stadium (where the Patriots and NE Revolution play).
Boston and Logan did AWESOME this whole trip. Would definitely do this again.
The boys having some fun with Leah at the hotel.
Took a drive to Plymouth Rock. The Mayflower II behind us.
We also took a drive out to Cape Cod to enjoy the sites.

We got home from our trip on a Saturday and that next Thursday my mom and step-dad came out to visit for a week.
We spent a day at Boondocks in Kaysville. If you haven't been there I highly recommend it. It rocks!
Boston got a strike!
Logan is excited to hit some pins.

Taking a spin on the race track.
Grandma Mimi and Grandpa Paul hanging with the boys.
Playing on their new play set.
The boys love being thrown in the air. Logan flying high by Uncle Marky.
Boston getting up there.
We have another big boy in the house!
Logan also loves getting his teeth brushed.

That's our summer in a nut shell. Lots of craziness but lots of fun. We sure enjoyed it but are looking forward to getting back into routine.
